3. CBD Oil Formats
The most important thing to look for, when choosing a CBD oil, is the format. There are two main formats:
A) Full Spectrum Oil – This is where you will find all the cannabinoids and terpenes in their full form, including the undesirable ones. Also, this product usually has the highest concentration of CBD. They are generally more expensive and have higher levels of CBD than other oils do.
B) Isolate Oil – This product contains only CBD and no other cannabinoids or terpenes at all. These products are less expensive than full spectrum oils because they don’t contain all the plant material; however, they do not have as high a concentration of CBD as full spectrum oils do.
